Aims & Scope

Open Journal of Energy Efficiency (OJEE) is an open access journal published quarterly. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in all areas of energy efficiency.

All manuscripts must be prepared in English and are subject to a rigorous peer-review process. Generally, accepted papers will appear online within 3 weeks followed by printed hard copy. The areas covered by Open Journal of Energy Efficiency (OJEE) include but are not limited to:

· Consumer Behavior and the Dynamics of Consumption

· Energy Efficiency in Developing Countries and Economies in Transition

· Energy Efficiency in the Building Issues

· Energy Efficiency in the Residential

· Energy Efficiency in the Residential Industrial

· Energy Efficiency in the Transportation Issues

· Energy Efficiency Policies

· Energy Management Systems and Energy Services

· Energy Planning and Risk Assessment

· Farm, Water and Bio-energy Efficiency

· Modern Energy-efficient Appliances

· Non-energy Benefits of Energy Efficiency and Opportunities for Policy Integration

· Power Usage Effectiveness

· Socio-economic Impacts of Energy Efficiency Measures

· Technologies to Improve Energy Efficiency

We are also interested in: 1) Short Reports – 2-5 page papers where an author can present either preliminary data or an idea with theoretical background but has not yet completed the research needed for a complete paper; 2) Book Reviews – Comments and critiques
